It's almost Halloween and NSSMBA is hosting a costume competition! Here's your chance to dress up your family and multiples in the creepiest and kookiest costumes and win some prizes. This year Halloween is on Monday October 31. All you have to do is post your photos in this NSSMBA - Members Only event thread by November 1 or members can also email to: events2@nssmba.amba.org.au by November 1.  You can enter as a whole family or just enter your little ones dressed in their scariest and cutest garb. Come & join us for our special Halloween social morning where you can meet other multiples parents in your area & surrounds. We will have a couple of fantastic entertainers to keep the kids entertained from 10am - 12pm. Kids are encouraged to come in their favourite dress ups/costumes. We will also have some Halloween craft to keep everyone busy. Venue: West Lindfield Community Hall Bradfield Rd, West Lindfield Features: Large Indoor & outdoor play area, Fully fenced playground (great for our mobile multiples!) Toilet facilities Coffee! Parking: There is a small carpark on site, otherwise plenty of parking on Bradfield Rd too.  Accessibility: This venue is wheelchair & pram friendly. NSSMBA is holding a "Class of 2023: Multiples School Readiness Session" and we'd love you to join us. This event will be hosted by NSSMBA mum Jane, a teacher and mother of twins and will give you an opportunity to ask all those burning questions, as well as connect with other soon to be school aged multiples parents. Topics for the evening: - What are schools like these days? - How can I best help my children before they even start school? - Should I keep my multiples together or separate their classes? - How to help give them their own identity? - Preparing for the school year ahead - Plus many many more! Get ready ladies to get the kids to bed early, sit back, relax and enjoy some multiple mums musings! Food: There’s an extensive food menu which caters to most dietary needs. The Alcott kitchen will be open until 9pm, with last orders at 8:45, so grab a nibble or a meal or just some dessert (yum)! Parking: Parking on street is for 2hrs otherwise park at The Canopy car park (free after 6pm) and The Alcott is just a short stroll up the road. We know a lot of bedtimes are around the 7/730pm timing, so we’ve pushed this back slightly to allow you to cruise on into mums night out with plenty of time left to pop a food order in 

As the Spring weather has sprung then we'll be headed to lovely Warners Park (great for all ages) in Northbridge. Come along on Friday 14th October any time between 9.45 and 11.45. The playground is gated with swings, slides, sandpit and flying fox. Plus shaded bench seating and free, super easy parking right next to it so fantastic for buggy access. * Meet parents in your local area (expectant parents, parents of newborns, toddlers and beyond)  * Will bring some morning tea for us too  * Free, easy parking directly outside with seamless buggy access  * lots of space to put kids down for a play and a wriggle in the shade  * Gated playground with equipment for all ages  Wet Weather Plan at Eat n' Chill cafe in Naremburn.
