FREE Event: Get creative in an ARTplay session for children 0-5 years old and their grown ups! Families are invited to drop-in to the National Centre for Creative Learning at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA) to enjoy stories and artmaking inspired by the MCA Collection: Perspectives on place. Whilst no booking is required for this event, there are a limited number of children & adults that can enter into the NCCL at any one time, which can occasionally result in some wait times. MCA Information & Helpful hints * Pram & wheelchair accessible * Changing facilities and accessible bathrooms are located on the ground floor and Level 3. * Parent's room is located on Level 2 with a microwave, changing table and seating. * Breast, bottle, chest, and syringe feeding are welcome in programs and throughout the MCA. * Grab a coffee and a snack from the kid's menu at the MCA Cafe on Level 4.

Food: There’s a great food menu which caters to most dietary needs - grab a nibble, a meal or just some drinks. NSSMBA member families are invited to our annual Christmas Party and Christmas Family photo session on 27 November 2022. Join us for lots of family Christmas fun including a: - Jumping castle - Coffee cart for your coffee fix (9.30-11.30) - Santa's elf entertainer (10-11.30) - Christmas craft - A special visit from Santa (11.45) As well as family Christmas photo sessions. There is a small cost for this event, with a $20 fee per family helping to cover some of the costs of bringing this party and photography to you. Please just purchase one ticket per family in your preferred time slot. There are toilets (and a small kitchen) on site with plenty of free parking in Ridge Street Car Park (pram entry from Level 1). The photo sessions will run in 15 minute slots (5 families per 15 minute slot) from 9.30am to 12.00. We are delighted that our Photographer this year will be Naomi Reiter.
